Education provides future appraisers with comprehensive knowledge of real estate valuation through
standardized procedures and methodology:

– the basics of law
– the basics of economics
– construction basics
– valuation methodology

After obtaining the title, the area of ​​work of a licensed appraiser is not limited, therefore it is allowed to
appraise any real estate (residential, business, tourist, industrial,…).

In Serbia, many appraisers have specialized in a certain field of real estate, and it is necessary to constantly improve and gain additional
CPD points.

Continuing education enables:

– holding panel discussions;
– exchange of opinions on the development of the profession in Serbia;
– moving the boundaries of the quality of work;
– connecting with banks, as the most frequent users of of assessments and
– joint work on the constant optimization of the process of creating real estate valuation reports.

Employees of DATA INVESTMENT DOO are lecturers at CPD panels organized by the Ministry of Finance
of the Republic of Serbia, domestic and international conferences.

eminent royal institution for the field of valuations (RICS).
