Data Investment DOO is one of the leading consultancy-appraisal companies in Serbia.
Since 2006. we have been successfully cooperating with domestic and foreign companies and improving
their business in the areas of consulting and real estate valuation. We strive to improve our clients’
business by combining in-depth knowledge of the domestic and regional real estate market with

The foundation of every successful company are its employees. Thanks to constant training and
exchange of expiriences with partners, our employees have a wealth of knowledge in the areas of:
auditing, market analysis, finance, construction, economy, mechanical engineering, valuation of
movable and immovable property.
Meet our team
Our team consists of certified appraisers of the Ministry of Finance and court experts of the Ministry of
Justice of the Republic of Serbia, who are also part of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Our team will adapt its professional knowledge, knowledge of the local market and many years of
expirience to the specific needs of each client and offer the best solutions.

Assessment of value of real estate
Based on international and domestic standards of valuation. It includes the assessment of: land, construction facilities, buildings, apartments, individual residential facilities and commercial facilities.
Assessment of value of movable property
Assessments of value, condition and functionality of various movable assets (machines, motor vehicles, furniture, office materials and equipment).
Court expert of economy/finance
An expert is an associate of the court or other authority conducting the proceedings, who helps in establishing the truth and clarifying facts that require professional knowledge and expirience.

Data Investment is the first company in Southeast Europe to develop software for mass valuations.
